I read today that they expect that 500 million domain names will be registered in the next ten years. It sounds astounding. My first thought was, with so many .com domain names already taken where are they going to come from. I’m sure that dot net and dot biz will become more popular. Thank goodness I have the names I have.

I have been reading about the choice of TLD for a domain name.
Most people are tuned into the .com world and it is my belief that it is preferable to seek a domain name with dot com. If you look at the results Google returns in a search, almost all are dot com. That does not seem to be the case with the other major search engines. Google of course rules search.
