Our Guarantee
OptimizeThroughdesign will not guarantee any website that contains frames, layers, flash or adult content. We will not optimize any website that contains adult content of any kind. We may void any website that has been altered after our optimization.
No one may alter the work that we are doing during the course of the agreement. We do not guarantee any sales or traffic to your web site. Traffic and sales are dependent on the demand for your product or service, of which we have no control over.
In no event will OptimizeThroughDesign be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the optimization services provided.
We expect that you will maintain in communication with us on a regular basis, during our agreement. If you fail to maintain contact for a period of sixty days, we will have to consider that you have abandoned your project and we no longer have any responsibility to continue our services.
We guarantee search engine placement for the number of the Keywords Package chosen in the search engine optimization package stated in your contract. If we do not obtain placement in the top three pages of a major search engine – Google, Yahoo, MSN, for the number of Keyword terms or Keyword phrases guaranteed in the package that you contract for, we will refund 100% of your fees.
It usually takes three to six months for optimization effects to be attained from the time they are indexed by the search engines. Occasionally it may take longer, as the search engines change their algorithms at different intervals. We will continue to do optimization services without additional charges until we fulfill your contract.
