ALT TAG: This tag is often forgotten today. Search engine spiders cannot read pictures and will just pass them as they crawl a Website.

META ROBOTS TAG: This meta tag is still often used today. It tells the search engine spiders to either follow a link through or not to index certain parts of your Website. A “no follow” prevents links from being crawled and a “no index” prevents a page from being indexed.
